Q: Bonjour, Hola, Konnichiwa. Do you ship overseas?

A: Absolutely! Just send us an email with which products you would like to order (including colour), and your shipping address and we can arrange everything for you - outbackgearsoutions@gmail.com

Q: When will my bloody package arrive?

A: We ship orders on average every second business day, then it's in the hands of AusPost. You will receive an email with a tracking number once AusPost have processed the order so you can keep an eye on it (check your junk/spam folders if you haven't received one). Please note that AusPost are currently experiencing ongoing delays.

Q: I messaged you wankers days ago, why haven't you got back to me?

A: We often travel in remote locations where reception is non-existent. Please be patient and we will get back to you ASAP.

 

Q: The product that I'm chasing is sold out, when will it be available again?

A: We do our best to keep stock rolling in constantly, however sometimes products do sell out bloody fast. Stock that is sold out will be back up on the site within 4 weeks. You can elect to receive a back in stock email notification by selecting the 'Notify When Available' button on the product page.
 

Q: We are a business that would love to stock your gear, do you have wholesale prices?

A: Sure bloody do, just send us a message through our contact page.

Q: Why do I have this strange rash?

A: We can't help you there sorry, please book an appointment with your local GP.
