THE OGS PROCESS

The raw materials for our products are grown on ethical farms in country NSW, these materials are then processed right here in our hometown of Newcastle.

​

Our dedicated manufacturer then fabricates our products in their third generation, family-owned workshop which is also located in Newcastle.

​

Once the stock is ready, we pick it up - the workshop is literally just down the road!

​

Your order is then packed using 100% bio-degradable, plastic-free packaging made in Australia.

​

We then post your order from our humble local post office and it's on its way!

​

We use AusPost's MyPost as our shipping agent. They offset their emissions to provide carbon neutral shipping Australia wide.

​

Having all these processes completed in the same town drastically reduces our footprint through minimising freight and packaging, and also keeps local Aussies in jobs - fair dinkum mate.
